Competitions
  North Gloucestershire Chess League - Four Divisions for teams of, 
  usually, five players, Time limit 1 or 1 ¼ hours plus 10 second 
  increment, usually runs from late September to early May.
  Super League - Competition for teams of eight players with both 
  rapid and classical rounds
  Peter Harrison Knockout. Handicapped knockout competition for 
  teams of six players played at a classical time limit
  Summer League. Handicapped rapid play competition for teams of 
  four players. Played from May to June
  Individual Championship - Standard play Swiss tournament played 
  over several evenings from October to May, open to all players in 
  the North Gloucestershire League and North Gloucestershire 
  residents
  Individual Rapid Championship - Rapid play Swiss tournament 
  played over two summer evenings, open to all players in the North 
  Gloucestershire League and North Gloucestershire residents
